La World Freestyle Football Association<\/strong> ha anunciado hoy la implementaci\u00f3n de una soluci\u00f3n innovadora para su gobernanza cuyo objetivo es distribuir el poder y dar voz a quienes realmente importan en el deporte: la comunidad del F\u00fatbol Freestyle<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Con este objetivo, la Asociaci\u00f3n se ha aliado con la compa\u00f1\u00eda alemana <\/span>OwnCo<\/b><\/a>, cuya propuesta permite a repartir la propiedad de las organizaciones mediante sus propios cr\u00e9ditos personalizados. Los miembros de la comunidad pueden acumular este tipo de cr\u00e9ditos, no monetarios, y a cambio participar en el gobierno de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

En el caso de la WFFA, dichos cr\u00e9ditos se repartir\u00e1n entre todos los participantes en el universo del deporte, desde los atletas m\u00e1s veteranos hasta los talentos reci\u00e9n llegados a la disciplina. El nuevo sistema de gobernanza alcanzar\u00e1 todos los niveles de la comunidad, no solo a sus l\u00edderes, para asegurar que se empodera a todos sus miembros.<\/span><\/p>\n

Con esta iniciativa revolucionaria, la WFFA progresa en su objetivo de convertirse en la federaci\u00f3n deportiva m\u00e1s innovadora y transparente del mundo... y lo m\u00e1s importante, materializa su visi\u00f3n de convertir el F\u00fatbol Freestyle en el primer deporte en manos de la comunidad<\/strong> de la historia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dan Wood<\/b>, cofundador y Jefe de 'Partnerships' de la WFFA, ha dicho: \"Sin los atletas, el F\u00fatbol Freestyle no existe. Estoy convencido de que lo mismo puede decirse de cada deporte, pero tenemos la oportunidad, en esta fase naciente de nuestra disciplina, de cambiar el guion y escribir nuevas p\u00e1ginas sobre gobernanza de la mano de la comunidad.
