La Comit\u00e9 Deportivo<\/strong><\/a> del <\/span>World Freestyle Football Association <\/b>ha anunciado hoy la distribuci\u00f3n de las plazas competitivas en cada una de las cinco regiones las Series Pulse<\/strong><\/a>de 2025, las clasificatorias regionales oficiales del Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle<\/a><\/strong>, cuyas ubicaciones se anunciar\u00e1n en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n

Con el fin de garantizar una representaci\u00f3n justa y equilibrada de los competidores de todo el mundo, manteniendo a la vez la integridad y emoci\u00f3n del evento, los miembros del Comit\u00e9 Deportivo han utilizado un enfoque transparente y basado en datos, centrado en dos factores clave:<\/p>\n

  1. Representaci\u00f3n ponderada en el Ranking Mundial (40%)<\/strong>
    \nEsto refleja la fuerza actual de cada continente seg\u00fan las posiciones de sus representantes en el top 100 del Ranking Mundial. Los freestylers mejor clasificados han contribuido m\u00e1s a la puntuaci\u00f3n de su continente, garantizando que las regiones con atletas m\u00e1s competitivos est\u00e9n representadas de manera justa.<\/li>\n
  2. Rendimiento en el Campeonato Mundial de F\u00fatbol Freestyle (60%)<\/strong>
    \nEsto refleja el rendimiento hist\u00f3rico en los \u00faltimos tres Campeonatos Mundiales. Los continentes con un rendimiento consistente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han sido premiados por su \u00e9xito.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    El Comit\u00e9 Deportivo ha elegido una ratio de 60:40<\/strong> en favor de los resultados en el Campeonato Mundial porque, aunque el Ranking Mundial es una herramienta clave para el futuro del deporte, todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en sus primeros a\u00f1os y es posible que a\u00fan no capture completamente el panorama competitivo. Al dar m\u00e1s peso al rendimiento demostrado en campeonatos pasados, el Comit\u00e9 busca asegurar que la asignaci\u00f3n refleje tanto la fuerza actual como la excelencia hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n

    Adem\u00e1s de eso, y con el fin de ayudar en el desarrollo del deporte en todas las regiones, el Comit\u00e9 Deportivo ha implementado un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de 1\/3 de representantes sobre el total para cada una de las regiones, es decir, 5 plazas por continente<\/strong>como m\u00e1ximo. Esto asegura un torneo diverso y global, dando a los aficionados de todo el mundo la oportunidad de ver su regi\u00f3n representada en el escenario m\u00e1s competitivo.<\/p>\n

    Por \u00faltimo, el Comit\u00e9 Deportivo de la WFFA, junto con la Junta, ha decidido asignar todas las plazas disponibles a eventos presenciales, lo que significa que el Pulse Online dejar\u00e1 de existir en 2025<\/strong>Esta decisi\u00f3n fue cuidadosamente considerada tras revisar las dos \u00faltimas ediciones del torneo y se basa en dos razones principales: primero, premiar a los y las freestylers que hacen el esfuerzo de asistir a eventos presenciales; y segundo, la constataci\u00f3n de que, aunque Pulse Online fue creado principalmente para atletas de pa\u00edses peque\u00f1os o remotos, no estaba cumpliendo su prop\u00f3sito, ya que todos los ganadores proven\u00edan de naciones con comunidades de freestyle grandes y competitivas.<\/p>\n
